Frequently asked questions
Do unused generations roll over?
Monthly plan quotas reset at each billing cycle — unused generations are forfeited. Credit pack credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely.
Can I mix a subscription with credits?
Yes. Credits work alongside any plan. The monthly quota is drawn down first; credits are consumed only after the plan quota is exhausted.
How does billing work?
All payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Credit packs are a single one-time charge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No penalty, no lock-in.
What counts as one generation?
A single run of the full pipeline — generation, grading, and diff map — for one input document. Retries within the word-count tolerance do not count as additional generations.
What document types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, plain text paste, and URL fetch. Structure is preserved before any processing begins.
What are org-shared presets?
On Firm and Firm Plus plans, the org admin can create rule configurations that all seat holders access by default — ensuring consistent output across a team.
Is my document data stored?
Input text, generated précis, and grade reports are stored in your generation history. You can delete any entry at any time from your dashboard.
